Building Excellence Together: PISOTA's New Journey Begins
At Phoenix International School of the Arts (PISOTA), we believe that excellence is achieved through collaboration. That's why we're thrilled to announce our new "Building Excellence Together" Assessment and Enhancement Strategic Plan, launching February 1, 2025.
What is Building Excellence Together?
As PISOTA approaches its 3rd year of operation, we continue to pride ourselves in being of and for our southern Maryland community. This comprehensive initiative will bring together our entire school community - scholars, parents, teachers, staff, school leaders, and community partners - to shape PISOTA's future. Through surveys, focus groups, and listening sessions, we'll work collectively to enhance the PISOTA experience for everyone.
Our Goals
Evaluate current strengths and successful programs
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Develop actionable strategies through collaborative planning
Create an even more supportive and inclusive environment
Timeline
February - May 2025: Data collection through stakeholder feedback
June 2025: Analysis and collaborative strategy development
August 2025: Presentation of final recommendations to our community
